We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any feature, plan, or content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active investors of material changes that may affect open investments.
Deposits are credited to your account after confirmation by our operations team. The processing time depends on the payment method and network conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are sent to the correct wallet address displayed during the deposit process. Funds sent to incorrect addresses may be irrecoverable.
Withdrawal requests place the requested amount on hold immediately and are dispatched after approval by our operations team. We aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours of submission, though some may take longer during periods of high volume or for larger amounts requiring additional verification.
Rejected withdrawal requests are refunded to your available balance in full. We may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals or in cases where account activity triggers our security protocols.
Each investment plan states its return and term before purchase. The figures shown before investment are the amounts payable at maturity for that specific plan. Returns are fixed for the duration of the investment term and are not affected by market fluctuations during the term.
Returns are credited automatically to your available balance at maturity. For plans that include capital return, your initial investment amount is returned together with the earnings. No action is required on your part to receive your payout.
Early withdrawal of invested capital is generally not supported, as funds are actively deployed throughout the investment term. Please choose a plan with a maturity date that aligns with your liquidity requirements.
Digital-asset markets are inherently volatile. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. While ElitesvestPro employs sophisticated risk management strategies, no investment is without risk.
You should only commit funds that you can afford to place at risk. We recommend that you carefully consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before making any investment decision. If you are unsure about the suitability of any investment, you should seek independent financial advice.
ElitesvestPro is not a bank, and investments made through our platform are not covered by deposit insurance schemes unless explicitly stated.
You agree to use your account solely for lawful purposes. Accounts used for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or abuse of the referral programme may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion.
We may request identity verification documents before releasing large withdrawals or in circumstances where account activity requires enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in delayed processing or account restriction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
